TODD LACHER

Todd supports IRRE's ongoing research and program implementation across a range of educational policy and practice. He gathers, synthesizes and disseminates to staff the latest research and findings about school reform, and he collaborates with them to create briefs and other materials to enrich work with partner schools and districts and to deepen understanding of the First Things First framework. In addition, Todd provides numerous supports for IRRE's Research Team and its Measuring What Matters Team, including writing and data collection and organization.

Todd holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania. He is currently working on his master's degree in the Cultural Foundations of Education at Syracuse University.
