Annalisa Gramlich

As a member of the Measuring What Matters (MWM) team, Annalisa manages relationships with IRRE’s partner districts around student outcomes reporting. She oversees MWM instrument calibration and data management and reporting, and assists partner districts in PDA technology to measure the use of specific instructional practices. Before joining IRRE, Annalisa was a contractor for the United States Army, researching education and leadership practices, and served Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools as a member of the Department of Education Division of Research and Assessment. Annalisa holds a master’s degree in educational research and psychology from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
